Useless

<p>My phone got ****** 26.06.2017. Phoned to block and blacklist it.</p> <p>They told me it will take 34 to 72 hours to get a refference that it is blocked.</p> <p>When I phoned to follow up if it was blocked I found out it was still open and I had to give all the detail again. Still no reply from Telkom if it is blocked or not.</p> <p>Police need the refference number to open a case.</p> <p>It is now a week later and I still don't have a refference number from telkom that it is blocked.</p> <p> </p> <p>Still waiting for the sms with ref number!!!</p>
