useless

I logged a called on the 19th of June as i was having issues dialling a specific mobile number. The consultant assured me that I would hear feed back in 72 hours. It has been over a month and I haven't heard anything. I called 2 times and I reassured they would give me a call by the end of the week. I've yet to here from them. Furthermore I went in store to query but I've been unsuccessful in sorting out this issue. I'm disappointed in the level of service I've received from telkom especially in it's mobile division
