Useless
<p>my line is down I logged a fault when the tech came out I was not home but he told my domestic it was the handset. What a load of ******* I have two handsets it's not possible that both would fail at the same time. I then called in again to say that my fault was not resolved I was told that it was not possible to speak to the technician I would need to log another call and if it was the handset I would need to pay the call out. I then took both my handsets to my sister in law and lo and behold surprise they both worked. I then logged another call. I have just received an SMS to say my call is resolved but no one has contacted me or been out at all.

28 Jan 2017, 17:47Clearly Telkom take complaints seriously despite resorting to social media to try and get my issue resolved only because the standard channels have not produced results. I am still without service and no contact has been made to arrange a solution. I keep being told that I will be contacted. Nothing.... and now I cannot get onto the telkom Facebook page so it appears that is you don't like what someone has to say you block them. If you could just resolve or at least make a concerted effort to resolve my issue I would not have to resort to theses measures. Proof again that a monopoly is never a good thing.
