USELESS

<p>For the last month ive been contacting Telkom for them to install a line at my premisses. They made two morning appointments and never arrived. This was refered multipal times!!! Aventully someone came out and after spending 5 min at my place he had to go to the main box arround the corner from my house. Came back and told me that the wires in the box is a mess and Telkom needs to PULL New Wires for him to do his job and this will take another week to be sorted out. So a week and 2 days later (Today 23/01/2017) ive called again because no one will call you back !!!! So again i was told that they still need to send someone out to fix it !!!!! If you ask to speak to a manager: They will place you on hold for +- 15 More Min and then have a excuse why the manager cant talk to you !!!!!! So who is running this Billion rand Company that cant even install a line !!!!!!!! USELESS</p>
