USELESS
<p>So day 4 of no internet/phone service. All I get are apologies, reference numbers but no one who actually fixes the problem. So customer service, no technical service! I think we should cancel our contract. And will we get credited for the days of no service? I DO NOT THINK SO! Misleading telecommunications company NOT leading telecommunications company.</p> <p>Shame on you Telkom, misleading all your customers.</p>

My cellphone has been one all the time, my landline does not wor**** ********** no one has contacted me. My cellphone is my only form of communication. So that is a lie that you have tried to contact me. So still no landline, still no internet, still no service. The incompetence is laughable.
