USELESS

My telephone line, and all that goes with it, ADSL and etc has been down for 6 days, 6 telephone calls, to the most useless call center, 10210, and over an hour each time before you get hold of someone, on my cellphone, as my line is dead, and still not repaired. I have watched 3 technicians arrive at my front door, sit for 5 mins, not even get out of their vehicles, then turn around and drive off..... doing nothing to repair my faulty line. Telkom you need to sort your **** out.!!! Oh and I still get a full, non discounted, bill at the end of the month.....
