Useless

What a *** network, I have taken a cellphone contract with them and they have taken their 1st installment but guess what , there is no phone. I asked for a Sony 10, out of stock, then offered a sony 10plus, then thats out of stock too. Then i asked for a samsung S9, guess what that was out of stock too, 2 weeks later, finally i have a phone they have in stock but now I have to wait another week for it to be delivered . When you hear Mhlungu Nozipho on the phone, make sure to hang up. What a lazy thing. Wow well done Telkom, will make sure to let my network of people know, how useless your are!
