USELESS

Its a - star. how can such a big company give such POOR service!!!!!! i need to get my statements for our business numbers, i tried to log a profile to get the statements as they say over the phone and on the website BUT ITS NOT WORKING!!!!!!! If you don't pay the line gets cut when you try everything you possibility can . all is want is to get my business account emailed!!! is it that difficult.. useless people working there
