Uselesness²

<p>I dont know how this company survives...</p> <p>even the customer care agants are useless...</p> <p>I have complained so many times about my adsl and had the same problem still today that the main line is not fixed...2 months down the line</p> <p>I again contacted them on chat and Yoge****e Naidoo was assisting.</p> <p>She did not pay attention to anything I said.</p> <p>I explained exactly how someone called to day the installation but it was still teh same problem and then she goes and repeat that I have an installation today and that I must wait till 4PM. then when you los eyour teper and swear they get funny...</p> <p>but maybe they must stop being oxygen theives and actually give a **** about helping and it will also be better.</p> <p>this is ridiculous... im waiting for 3 months to get a move order executed because a main line is damageed and nothing gets done</p> <p>And then theys till go and take your maoney every month,..</p> <p>and when you call or complain you just get teh same *** excuse,, they will look into it and it will be escalated but nothing gets doen about it. it jsut stops at that reply.</p>
