USED TO BE A GOOD NETWOR**** NOW IT'S ****!

What is the point of offering MO'nice when you purchase a bundle 3 damn times and it does not load onto your damn phone? Now telkom is becoming greedy and your service is appalling!!! Each time you are deducting monies from my account yet there is no bundle been loaded this is utter **** and needs to stop NOW!!!! When u call up the call Centre they take ages to pick up! Cummon stop robbing us!!!
