Use Telkom at your business risk...they cancel your number at will

Telkom blocked my number out of the blue, no warning whatsoever from the beginning of December 2023. After 4 weeks of trying to get my number re-instated being taken from pilar to post, I approached another service provider to port my number. The other service provider was told that Telkom cannot hand over the number to them because it was cancelled. This is a business number and now I am loosing business due to this incompetence.
