Use-less Service

I have had a telkom land line for over 7 years now. I needed a new phone as the phone i had stopped working. Telkom could not help me as they no longer have landline phones. After doing a simswap etc I am now not able to call at all. I have contacted Telkom several times requesting call backs, sending emails etc, to no avail. No one seems to be able to assist me. Why is this so difficult..
