Usage Tracking Tool
Hi,<br> <br> I have a huge problem with Telkom. I am on an uncapped ADSL 2mb account and you dare to disable me for usage! Problem #1 I do pay for an uncapped account. Problem #2 your usage policy is flawed as I have no security that all users are treated equally and fairly and according to the policy there is still no limit in usage as I see nothing there. Problem # 3 How should I know my usage if your online tracking tool tells me I do not need to track my usage because I am on an Uncapped Plan!!!<br> <br> Sort his out.
