Usage throttling and theft

Telkom have a serious hacking violation and cannot see it !!! Accounts have been compromised by excess data usage of which the account holder has no knowledge of. So far no resolution has been found. This leads to serious throttling of you access and even account charges for the usage you did not make !!!!
