[URL Removed] website functionality doesn't work

I had to replace my modem and redo all my settings. Unfortunately I forgot my internet password. [URL Removed] has a password management tool, but it doesn't work. Then their chat functionality didn't work either. And of course, trying to call in is useless if you're not prepared to be on hold for the whole day...
