Urgent urgebt

I need 2 apply for Samsung gifts, but I need 2 upload a proof of purchase, I did it all online and they delivered the phone, but now I need a proof or purchase or proof of contact or something, and iv called 10213 5 times they tell. Me to call 180 called them 5 times and they tell me I need 2 call 10213...how can no1 help? I need assistance urgently please help.....
