Urgent Telkom Aerial Cable Danger

I urgently need cables removed from my new property as they are sagging into the garden where my kids play and this is a severe danger to them

I have tried contacting Telkom through every possible platform and have got absolutely nowhere. I urgently need this taken care of and have been told that it is ******* to personally remove the lines.

Please can someone get back to me ASAP
