Urgent: Request for Immediate Cancellation of Contract and Refund

I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of my contract, which was supposed to end in January 2025. I visited the Telkom store/kiosk located in Ottery Hyper in January and confirmed with your consultants that I wanted to cancel my contract. Despite this, my bank account was debited on the 6th of February 2025.

I have since reversed the funds as the contract was already cancelled, and I would like to request that you process the cancellation of the contract and confirm that no further debits will be made from my account.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service I have experienced thus far, and I expect this issue to be resolved without delay. If the matter is not addressed promptly, I will have to consider further actions.

Please confirm the cancellation and refund at your earliest convenience.
