urgent repair to internet

Reported on 16/11/2015 that the adsl line down, internet not working in Dr. B. Tipping's rooms. Line needed in order to access urgent blood test results, xray reports and other medical reports. Fault reported numerous times and supposedly escalated. To date no technician has been assigned to repair fault. <br> <br> Urgent restoration of internet facility requited and technician on site.
