URGENT RECONNECTION REQUEST

<p>Attached, please find proof of payment, for reconnecting my LTE Wireless. Payment was made last night, cash, at an ABSA ATM, so payment should reflect immediately into your account. The fact that you say reconnection will only occur after 72 hours, is nonsense, as you got the payment and is already reflecting, now you need to reconnect. Ther should be an alternate way of making payments, like at teh post-office, etc....cause this is seriouly putting Telkom in a bad light.</p> <p>You portray Telkom in a very bad light, and your service is non-existent. You should have a place where one could make payment, and after five minutes, reconnections should occur, like DSTV maybe…you should think about this, then you wont have alll this trouble. This is now the only way I can make contact with you, as all the other ways of contacting you, does not work, as no-one at the CAll Centre knows wht they re doing and no emails are being answered, facebook keeps apologising and promise feedback, but never happens....so do yourselves a favor, and start providing teh service you advertise</p> <p> </p>
