URGENT MATTER TELKOM *****ING CUSTOMERS MONEY!!!!

URGENTLY READ!!!!!!!!!!

I've taken out a double deal contract (Honor x9a) in 2023 for R599 (x24 Months contract) The phones came with earpods for (x24 Months) We know that we took out different flexons witch increased the price a little HOWEVER IT WENT UP TO R1100 witch at the time we thought due to the flexons was more or less what we have to pay NOW that its time for us to upgrade we were told that its a (x36 month) contract witch the person in the store had to make a mistake The x36 Month contract was a lot cheaper than the x24 month contract By our calculations Telkom overcharged us on the x24 month period alone by R12 THOUSAND RAND and thats only the overcharging At the end of a x36 Month contract it will be around 50 THOUSAND RAND and the phones are not nearly worth that much!!!!!!!!

For the last 2 Months we have been in and out of the Telkom store Phoning and waiting to resolve this matter and until now we have gotten nowhere!!!!

THIS IS VERRY RIDICULOUS YOU ARE *****ING LOYAL CUSTOMERS MONEY!!!!! WE WANT ALL OUR ****** MONEY BACK AND TO CANCEL THIS RIDICULOUS CONTRACT WITH TELKOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
