URGENT ATTENTION-TELKOM VICTIM

My fixed line account is suspended. Even though I made payment with pop in my possession. Telkom decides to suspend my account. There chat bots don't work there call staff don't work. Telkom is not user friendly and doesn't respect there paying customers.
