Urgent Assistance Requested

<p>Hi there,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now struggling with Telkom, I spoke to a call centre agent on the 30/7 who advised me something that i followed up on yesterday(1/8) the next agent advised that the previous agent had **** to me and the process that the new agent gave also was not working and seemed to be another story just to get me off their case</p> <p> </p> <p>how is it that call centre agents are able to lie to the customers?</p> <p>this will be taken futher if I am not contacted and given the correct process and advised how i can be reasured as now Telkom is lying to me as the client and that is totally unacceptable the agreement between client and service provider is that the client is always to get correct truthful information</p> <p> </p> <p>I await your urgent response </p>
