Urgent assistance needed

I have been waiting on Telkom for 9 weeks to give me a call as the LTE in our suburb is horribly and working from home is super frustrating.

I have even when to the office in Lakeside Mall and try to arrange to change from LTE to Fiber but i have to pay R8000 to change.

They made me buy a wifi extender to help us but what a lot of **** that is. I will honour my commitment to Telkom I just need a stable connection to be able to work from home.

I Have been with Telkom 5 years and never had such *** service. Phoning the call centre no one can assist you or keep transferring you from one place to a different place or you have to call back and press different option.

Please i urgently need assistance with my Telkom network it is very difficult to be able to work from home.

I even complain on FB and keep saying that someone will call me back that was 9 weeks ago
