Urgent Activation!!!!!

Have made payment on my account last night and still my Wi-Fi and cell phone have not been activated yet. I need my cell phone and Wi-Fi to work as I'm currently using them for work purposes. Please help as urgently as possible or I could loose my job!!! HELP!
