Urgent - 15 Month delay - Pension Fund Payout

URGENT - 15 month delay - Pension Fund I have called and emailed numerous times regarding my deceased mom's pension payout. It has still not been paid out 15 months after her death. She passed away in September 2024 and the claim was lodged in October 2024. We are in January 2026 still no progress. You shouldn't be allowed to touch anyone's money. My mother worked close to 30 years and this is how you treat dependants. Shame on you for making us wait till you feel like doing anything. As a disabled dependent this is disgusting. This is maladministration and I will be reporting you to the Pension Funds Adjudicator
