Upsurde and VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!

I have been a loyal paing customer for over 8 years. For q4 days I had to phone and fight to get my fiber installed. Adter many weeks it finally got installed only to hear my fiber was not connected and needed to ve "plugrd in" god knows where. I phoned Telkom today about 7 times no answer. Thw technition told me I connt phone anyone and had to wait. I phoned Telkom agian after this finally got throug after explaining 20 times to the consultant who still did not understand told me he cannot help me and dropped the phone call I am still without internet. I am cancelling tomorrow. I am foen with you **** sevice! Many year of payment and this is how yiu treat a paying customer.... Well I am done!
