upset

I am so upset with Telkom , their internet is down so I cant make payment online , then a guy tells me to pay into a account which I did and send him a statement which I did and still nothing ive called the call center 13 times , no one is assisting me the one woman cut the call on me and I am using my own airtime they are by far the worst ever, and they don't care about their clients call me now !!!!!!! I am sick of you people
