Upset

I have a simcard that doesn't want to work its been disconnecting each time I have put r150 airtime and got mo nice which I couldnt use ,I tried calling for assistance on simswap but no one can help me I have no time to get to the store to do it and by now my mo nice 10gig is probably depleted since I couldnt use the sim . I am very disappointed in the service of this company
