Upset

Good morning.. I've had such a bad experience.. Telkom failed to debit me in January. Resulting it to be an over draft.. I paid them the outstanding amount end of Feb.. They send me an email stating that I still need to pay the outstanding amount even though they debited me..

It's 10 days in and I still haven't received my data.
