UPLOAD SPEED

A Telkom technician checked my system this morning and like me, found the upload speed insufficient to operate my trading platform. This is a very unsatisfactory state of affairs.<br> <br> It seems Telkom deliberately sets the upload speed slower in order to increase the download speed in favour of what they perceive to be what the majority of users prefer.<br> <br> I may point out that there are several companies, (including the four major banks), that offer a trading platform to thousands of traders. All these platforms are real time and require a much higher upload speed.<br> <br> I strongly recommend that Telkom reconsider their current download/upload speed ratio and not favour one group of users over another to the extend that the service becomes unusable to some of us.<br> <br> My data sim card number again: ***
