Upload rate and signal-to-noise ratio issue

Morning guys<br> <br> I am experiencing upload rate and signal-to-noise ratio issues on my line.<br> <br> I reported the first fault on Thu Jun 04 18:49:31 SAST 2015 via my ISP and received reference number 162ATK040615. The fault was subsequently closed.<br> <br> I reported the fault again on Fri Jul 17 09:45:50 SAST 2015 and received reference number 157CTK170715. The fault is still open but I have not received any service as of yet.<br> <br> I tested my line speed using the Telkom guest account and the [URL Removed] website so the fault is not with my ISP because the test result remains the same.<br> <br> I need this sorted please guys. I am not able to use my internet for its intended purposes.<br> <br> Regards
