Upgrage no stock available

I have loaded a Hello peter review today a week back on the 3rd of March, still no response on my complaint. I did a follow up again on my order and the upgrade i did on the 22nd Feb, the ref number is TST 729945, when i did the upgrade on the 22nd Feb there was stock of both items as a combo, when i followed up last week the 3rd March 2021 i had to find out that there is no stock today is a week later and still no stock, ive been trying to upgrade since last year Nov 2020 first there was no stock of the Samsung active watch until the 22nd and finanlly there was stock of the phone and the watch last week with the follow there is no stock of the phone, how can you put a combo on your website but you dont have stock of either the warch or the phone, and no one can tell me when there will be stock available this is frustrating and it reflect negative towards Telkom.
