Upgrading telkom Promo 10GB LTE to 20GB

<p>Telkom Mobile considers upgrade LTE bundle 10GB to 20GB as migration and they charge hefty penalty for the upgrade although Telkom Mobile staff and agents fail to mention the penalty charge for such upgrade.</p> <p>The penlaty charges are included in the bill and if you fail to go through the bill you are hit with hefty charges you did not expect to be charged.</p> <p>Beware.</p> <p>Very disappointing.</p>
