Upgrading Of ADSL speed for 2 mbps to 4 4bps

Did the upgrade of the line speed on my Telkom account and nothing happens. Apparently line was upgraded to 4 mbps but I only get 2 mbps on the line. Phoned complained shouted swore went on my knees still nothing. Got cut off , bottom line nothing happens. WORST service provider in the world. I was battling with Telkom since the beginning of 2016 and am still fighting. PEOPLE PEOPLE PEOPLE what is the matter. Paying more money for even worse services. DONT no where to run to next. TELKOM needs some clean up. More capable people should be employed that is service orientated.
