Upgrading line speed
I have upgraded from a 4meg line to a 10meg and i still get 4meg speeds , i have called continuously to fix it and nothing, i tested with a afrihost account and i get 10megs, how difficult is it to remove my shaping, i call the call center and tech support and no one has any idea what im talking about
