UPGRADING ADSL LINE to 4 MB DOUBLED COSTS AND REMOVED INTERNET ACCESS

I upgraded my existing Telkom 2GB line to a 4GB line in order to IMPROVE my internet speed. Instead of improving my internet speed, my internet connection is currently NOT EXISTING or so slow that I cannot even get to Google home page. I reboot both my PC and new router > 10 times a day to be able to access the internet with speeds according to OOKLA speed tests the following: Ping =29, download= 0.46, Upload=0.42 Ping =30, download= 0.12, Upload=0.00 Ping =29, download= 1.27, Upload=0.42

Mostly I get the messages: • “No internet, reconnect to wifi, check network cables, modem and router” • “The site can’t be reached, check the connection or check the proxy and the firewall” • “Download Test Error, a socket error. A firewall could be blocking the connection or the server might be having issues” • “Internal Server Error - The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at *** to inform them of the time (2020.07.06 at 19:47) this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.(I tried to log a request for help on YOUR WEBSITE) More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

When I tried to log calls on the internet I also got the last message above. I logged several Telkom issues telephonically, stayed on the line for HOURS. Several of your technical assistants put the phone down in my ear. Others tried to “Reset” my line several times. Other times I got the recorded message that your mailbox is full and no assistants are able to answer. A technical person came to my house to check the line. According to him, nothing was wrong. COULD YOU PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME TO GET ONTO THE INTERNET SO THAT I CAN DO MY WORK??
