Upgraded Telkom Package without consent

Telkom upgraded my package without any consent and reflecting from my statement dated 05.03.2019. I have been calling them since then to rectify it to no avail. I have been sent from pillar to post with nobody taking any responsibility to assist me. I have been given the reference numbers ***3 and ***9. My account has been consistently billed each month with the incorrect amount of R860.75 instead of R469.15. Please can someone urgently do a recon on my account and credit me urgently.
