Upgraded end of July 2015 to fibre optic 50gig.

In 3 weeks i have supposedly used 50 gig. This morning i recieved an e mail notification 50 gig available. 2 Hours later 96 % WITH NOTHING CONNECTED TO THE WI FI??????. Numerous phone calls/ online chat / e mails no feedback what so ever.
