Upgraded - but almost one month and still no handset
<p>I upgraded my contract on the 14/12/2016 –was advised they ordering the handset-a Samsung galaxy note 5 in Gold.</p> <p>Today is the 11/01/2017 and still have not received the handset nor is Telkom sure when they will be having stock of it.</p> <p>There is no sense of urgency – really regretting staying with Telkom.</p> <p> </p>

I previously stated Game city telkom in Durban. The new name of the mall is city view. Clearly you didnt read my previous statements . Its fine . i give up.Will end my contract and go to either vodacom or mtn .Telkom is clearly a waste of my time and patiance.

passing the buck-that usually resolves an issue. Why advertise something you cant even supply.Samsung galaxy note 5 is on your website and advertised in stores yet no stock .

my contract was initially r400 a month it expired last year.they reduced it to r300 .meaning r100 off for the handset.I'm paying r300 a month for 100 minutes and 1 gig . That's it. Still no feedback as well with regards to my upgrade cell
