Upgrade without consent!!!

I have an office landline that was on a call100 package, I have been upgraded to a call300 package, I did not authorise this. I made a complaint via Telkom store in November, and received no feedback nor was my bill corrected. I am sure this is *******. Can Telkom take my package back to what it was please? We do not need the upgrade!!!
