Upgrade to uncapped internet was a downgrade

I was contacted by a Telkom salesman last week Wednesday who said they noticed that my home LTE internet was due for an upgrade, and initially offered me the ******* 10mbps internet I've avoided upgrading to for the last 3 years. I directly told him this was a downgrade of my existing package and was thus not interested, at which point he said there was a 90mbps package he could upgrade me to instead. Of course I took that one! Lo and behold, today when the package was delivered and I set it up, I run a speed test and see I am limited to 10mbps up and down. I phone the helpdesk to enquire what's going on, and then they tell me I have the 10mbps package! Telkom are a den of ******* who will rob you around every corner. Avoid them like the plague. And I was using my previous package to do my online work, too. This new one is far too slow.
