Upgrade to new FuterHood

Telkom send me an email to upgrade to the new Futerhood, fast broadband .I am currently using a Telkom 4 Mbps ADSL Line. The offer is now for 10 Mbps line with a free DSTV eXPLORA. The lady said I can not upgrade because my area don't support a 10 Mbps line. I said to her I will be moving in two months, i am willing to sign for the two year contract. The response was they cant. My current contract already passed the two years. Why cant they upgrade me, but they rather loose me as a client...brilliant Telkom!!!
