Upgrade to Fibre

<p>I was contacted by Telkom sales agents in +- June this year and was told that Telkom have upgrade our area to fibre and that’s is best to upgrade from copper to fibre as Telkom will slowly but surely stop maintaining copper and that’s better and faster than copper and to change my isp to Telkom as they are throttling other suppliers. I have been on copper for many years and Mweb. Changed over at the end of October and regretting it ever since the cutover. Constant down time or bad connections, must restart my router daily.... numerous call out but no luck. Would like to cancel and go back to copper and Mweb but now struck for the next 24 months with Telkom. </p>
