UPGRADE REQUEST NOT COMPLETED DUE TO LACK OF STOCK

I went to Telkom Galleria at the beggining of March 2016 to upgrade my contract to Samsung GalAxy S 7 special which included a free wireless charger and VR gear. According to the salesman. they were out of stock and we were told to return a few days later. Upon return, numerous time, the same story ensued.<br> <br> My details were taken down at the store and they promised to call me when stock arrived. Still waiting...<br> This continued until yesterday, Tuesday 12th April 2016, when they informed me that the special was over.<br> <br> Now I can only get a phone when I specifically wanted the special. I could have cancelled my upgrade and went to another carrier but I was waiting for Telkom's feedback.<br> <br> Totally irresponsible behaviour and advertising from Telkom. If Telkom does not honour their promises, I will be contracting to another carrier!!!!<br> <br>
