Upgrade problems

I could upgrade and could not do it online as it kept on saying the phone I wanted is out of stock. When someone phoned me to do the upgrade they told me they do in fact have stock of the phone and the watch and they could assist me with the upgrade. Sat on the phone for close to an hour where the consultant kept cutting off, eventually was told it went through and my phone would be delivered in 5 to 7 working days. After 7 days I phoned to find out where my phone is, just to be told that there is no order on the system. And then the guy I was on the phone with put the phone down after he could not answer me as to where the order disappeared to. Second time this has happened to me. They phone you non stop when your phone is due for an upgrade but to actually do the upgrade is a huge story. Will go to a provider that does want my business.
