Upgrade problem
I have been trying to do a laptop upgrade for about two months now, first the Huawei mifi router was out of stock, then the bitdefender was out of stock. I have been phoning regularly to find out what is going on as no one phones me back. Now I cannot even get through on 10213 as it now says I am not eligible for an upgrade even though 180 says I am and no upgrade has been finalized. How am I ever going to get my upgrade done? I have even resorted to phoning sell direct marketing, but no one phones me back there either. And the emails I send to the consultant at Telkom that assisted me the whole time, is now not bothered to reply!!!!
