UPGRADE PRICE HIGHER THAN QUOTED

<p>I was contacted by Telkom on about the week of the 14th February, I was offered to upgrade from 2 Mbps to 4 Mbps.</p> <p>The person told me that it will only be R16.00 per month more than I paid at that time, I asked the person again what I will have to pay more, and he told me again that it will only be R16.00, (Sixteen Rand) he said.</p> <p>I used to Pay R579.00 per month, that means with the added R16.00 it wil be R595.00</p> <p>On about the 26th of April they did upgrade my service after I had to complain via HelloPeter.</p> <p>Now I get a account that I have to pay R622.80. That is R27.80 more.<br />Why????</p> <p>And what will the price be next month???</p>
