Upgrade partially completed

I am a current ADSL customer, phoned telkom to upgrade my service September. However upgrade has not been completed. My line is still on old speed, I also have not received my media player as part of the deal.

Strangely enough, they have delivered the ADSL router.

I cannot get hold of someone to help me.

Frustrating.
