Upgrade/ Online Service Mobile service

Telkom online services sales/ upgrade department is bad. No one can actually help me. They ask security question and say I failed but when call ids the send me a consumer credit report and everything is all fine. Secondly I already have 2 contracts with Telkom and have never missed a single payment.

Like this has been the worst 2 days service from Telkom
